Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The refunds will be processed as per the following criteria.

• If your customer experience is not up to your satisfaction, will be happy to refund your course fee based on your level of access of material. A full refund of course fee is entertained for non-attendance and cancellation within three days of course initiation, as long as there is no completion certificate or CE certificate issued. After three days, the course fee will be refunded on a prorated basis with 50% up to first 15 days, 25% for the next five days and 10% thereafter. If a completion certificate or CE certificate issued, no refund is initiated at any point.

• Items are returnable up to 30 days if they are in the original condition without any wear and tear. If there is visible wear and tear from rough handling, 50% of original purchase price will be refunded.
• Items with signs of use or damage cannot be returned for a refund.
• Bulk purchases for bookstores and institutions may have different return policy based on the specific contract negotiated between the parties.

APRN world conduct live CE courses around the year at various locations. These events are for preregistered candidates based on the nature of the course and subordinating organization. One of the requirement for receiving credits on these courses is to complete the entire length of the program including associated activities and evaluation. No partial credits or exemptions are allowed for these courses under any circumstances.

At this point, we are offering only exam review as part of NCLEX RN review package. We do not offer content or didactic review. We provide comprehensive review and subject based review courses. A comprehensive exam package has six individual exams, each one up to 265 questions. The first three exams are in practice mode where you will be able to answer the exams questions without time constraints and has the ability to review answers after each question. The last three exams are in simulation mode where you get to do the exams as if you are in the real NCLEX exam. These exams behave based on your performance. Therefore, at times you may only get to answer 75 questions as in the actual exam or go all the way to 265 questions or run out of time as in the real board exam. In order to practice these questions, you will get to do the simulation exams and practice mode where you will be able to answer all the questions and practice mode and learn from them.

NCLEX subject exam package has total of 1375 questions spread across medical surgical nursing, mental health nursing, pediatric nursing and ObGyn nursing. These exams are also available in practice and simulation mode for enhanced learning.

At this point, we’re only offering exam review and we do not offer content or didactic review. However, by doing exams in practice mode, the students will be able to have knowledge acquisition by reading the rationales and study up on them.
